Application:
It is used for reasonable guiding of various enameled wires or silks. The middle ceramic coil is made of precise ceramic and the groove is polished up to RA0.2. With high speed bearing, baffles in both sides can prevent the enameled wire from jumping out of the groove and maintain stable tension during winding. The combination of complete ceramic and high speed bearing is called as ceramic roller, which is used for wire and silk rolling parts of various winding machines and textile machines.
